OFFICIAL COMMENTThis section is consistent with Restatement (Second) of Conflict of Laws Section 223 (1971). Section 3 (numbered as section 7-30-103 in C.R.S.) makes a conveyance or devise of land located in a state that has adopted this Act effective even though it would not be effective under the law of the state in which the nonprofit association has its principal office or other significant relationship. No relationship of the nonprofit association other than that the property is situated in the state is required.
