Editor's note: Section 5-9.5-109 (1) provides for the termination of this article 9.5, effective September 1, 2019. However, the provisions are printed in the statutes for an additional year to accommodate the one-year period for winding up the affairs of this article 9.5 in accordance with ยง 24-34-104.
