§ 44-5-104. Fees for Special Permits

Universal Citation: CO Code § 44-5-104 (2022)
  1. Special event permit fees are:
    1. Ten dollars per day for a malt beverage permit;
    2. Twenty-five dollars per day for a malt, vinous, and spirituous liquor permit.
  2. All fees are payable in advance to the department for applications for special event permits submitted to the state licensing authority for approval.
