§ 43-1-1205. Revenue - Disposition - Use

The department shall deposit any private contribution of money and any department share of revenue or income resulting from a transportation system project, if any, in the state highway supplementary fund created in section 43-1-219. The department shall use the contributed moneys for transportation purposes.
