§ 42-2-301. Definitions
Universal Citation: CO Code § 42-2-301 (2022)
As used in this part 3, unless the context otherwise requires:
- "Department" means the department of revenue.
- "Identification card" means the identification card issued under this article.
- "Registrant" means a person who acquires an identification card under the provisions of this part 3.
