§ 25-5-407. Duties of District Attorney
Universal Citation: CO Code § 25-5-407 (2022)
It is the duty of each district attorney to whom the department reports any violation of this part 4 to cause appropriate proceedings to be instituted in the proper courts without delay and to be prosecuted in the manner required by law.
