§ 25-4-1402. Definitions

As used in this section and sections 25-4-1403 to 25-4-1405, unless the context otherwise requires:
- "Program" means the Colorado HIV and AIDS prevention grant program created in section 25-4-1403.
- "State board" means the state board of health created in section 25-1-103.
