§ 25-4-1002.5. Definitions
Universal Citation: CO Code § 25-4-1002.5 (2022)
As used in this part 10, unless the context otherwise requires:
- "Birthing facility" means a general hospital or birthing center licensed or certified pursuant to section 25-1.5-103.
- "Department" means the department of public health and environment.
- "State board" means the state board of health in the department.
