§ 19-4-130. Temporary Orders

- Upon the filing of any proceeding under this article or under article 13.5 of title 26, C.R.S., the court shall, as soon as practicable, enter a temporary or permanent order allocating parental responsibilities that shall allocate the decision-making responsibility and parenting time of the child until further order of the court.
- Subsection (1) of this section shall not apply to any paternity determination made pursuant to section 14-5-402, C.R.S.
