§ 15-14-701. Short Title

This part 7 may be cited as the "Uniform Power of Attorney Act".

OFFICIAL COMMENTThis Act, which replaces the Uniform Durable Power of Attorney Act, does not contain the word "durable" in the title. Pursuant to Section 15-14-704, a power of attorney created under the Act is durable unless the power of attorney provides that it is terminated by the incapacity of the principal.
