§ 12-245-206. Records
Universal Citation: CO Code § 12-245-206 (2022)
- Each board shall keep a record of proceedings and a register of all applications for licenses, registrations, or certifications, which must include:
- The name and age of each applicant;
- The date of the application;
- The mailing address of the applicant;
- A summary of the educational and other qualifications of each applicant;
- Whether or not an examination was required and, if required, proof that the applicant passed the examination;
- Whether licensure, registration, or certification was granted;
- The date of the action of the board;
- Other information the board deems necessary or advisable in aid of the requirements of this section.
