§ 1-13-709. Voting in Wrong Polling Location

Universal Citation: CO Code § 1-13-709 (2022)

Any person who, at any election provided by law, knowingly votes or offers to vote in any polling location in which he or she is not qualified to vote upon conviction shall be punished as provided in section 1-13-111.

(2) Section 803(2) of chapter 462 (SB 21-271), Session Laws of Colorado 2021, provides that the act changing this section applies to offenses committed on or after March 1, 2022.
