§ 7-40-106. Associations Which Can Be Formed
Universal Citation: CO Code § 7-40-106 (2021)
Religious, educational, benevolent, charitable, and other nonprofit associations may incorporate under the provisions of this article or any other applicable law authorizing such incorporation.
