§ 5-19-108. Waivers and Exemptions
Universal Citation: CO Code § 5-19-108 (2021)
- Any waiver by a buyer of any part of this part 1 is void as against public policy. Any attempt by a credit services organization to have a buyer waive rights given by this part 1 is a violation of this part 1.
- In any proceeding involving this part 1, the burden of proving an exemption or an exception from a definition is upon the person claiming it.
