§ 38-30-118. Seal Not Necessary

Universal Citation: CO Code § 38-30-118 (2021)

It is not necessary to the proper execution of any conveyance affecting real property that the same be executed under the seal of the grantor, nor that any seal or scroll or other mark be set opposite the name of the grantor.
