Article 27 - Colorado Seed Act
§ 35-27-106. Tolerances

Universal Citation: CO Code § 35-27-106 (2021)
  1. Tolerances shall be recognized between:
    1. The percentages or rates of occurrence found by analysis, test, or examination; and
    2. The percentages or rates of occurrence prescribed by the commissioner.
  2. In prescribing tolerances the commissioner shall use as guides:
    1. The tolerances defined in the “Federal Seed Act”, 7 U.S.C. secs. 1551 to 1610, as amended; and
    2. Rules for testing seed adopted by the association of official seed analysts.
