§ 33-44-114. Inconsistent Law or Statute

Insofar as any provision of law or statute is inconsistent with the provisions of this article, this article controls.

ANNOTATIONThis provision expresses the general assembly's clear intent to abrogate the common law when it conflicts with the Ski Safety Act. Doering ex rel. Barrett v. Copper Mtn., Inc., 259 F.3d 1202 (10th Cir. 2001).
