§ 27-67-107. Dispute Resolution - Rules
Universal Citation: CO Code § 27-67-107 (2021)
- The state department shall utilize, when appropriate, established grievance and dispute resolution processes in order to assure that parents have access to mental health services on behalf of their children.
- The state board of human services shall promulgate rules to assure that a grievance process is available to parents concerning the provision of mental health services and to assure that a dispute resolution process is available for disputes between the county departments and mental health agencies.
