§ 25-8.5-103. Creation and Organization
Universal Citation: CO Code § 25-8.5-103 (2021)
The Cherry Creek basin water quality authority is hereby created. The authority shall be a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the state, with the powers provided in this article.
