§ 25-5-1102. Definitions

As used in this part 11, unless the context otherwise requires:
- “Child-occupied facility” has the same meaning as that set forth in section 25-7-1102 (2).
- “Department” means the department of public health and environment.
- “Lead-based paint” has the same meaning as that set forth in section 25-7-1102 (5).
