§ 18-18-430.5. Drug Paraphernalia - Exemption

Universal Citation: CO Code § 18-18-430.5 (2021)
  1. A person is exempt from sections 18-18-425 to 18-18-430 if the person is:
    1. Participating as an employee, volunteer, or participant in an approved syringe exchange program created pursuant to section 25-1-520; or
    2. A pharmacist or pharmacy technician who sells nonprescription syringes or needles pursuant to section 12-280-123 (4).
