Article 3. Fire Extinguishers - Sale and Use
Section 9-3-104. Violation - penalty.
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 9-3-104 (2020)
Any person who violates any provision of this article is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term of not more than thirty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
