Article 1. Colorado Consumer Protection Act
Section 6-1-908. Severability.

Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 6-1-908 (2020)

If any provision of this part 9 or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this part 9 which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this part 9 are declared to be severable.
