Article 6. Administration
Section 5-6-102. Applicability.

Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 5-6-102 (2020)

(1) This part 1 applies to persons who in this state:

  1. Make or solicit consumer credit transactions; or

  2. Directly collect payments from or enforce rights against consumers arising from sales, leases, or loans specified in paragraph (a) of this subsection (1) wherever they are made.
