Article 10. Motor Vehicle Warranties
Section 42-10-104. Affirmative defenses.
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 42-10-104 (2020)
(1) It shall be an affirmative defense to any claim under this article that:
An alleged nonconformity does not substantially impair the use and market value of amotor vehicle; or
A nonconformity is the result of abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications oralterations of the motor vehicle by a consumer.
