Title 37 - Water And Irrigation
Article 88. State Canals and Reservoirs
Section 37-88-104. Title shall vest in state.

The title to all ditches, canals, reservoirs, or feeders, so constructed, shall vest and remain in the state of Colorado, and the proceeds thereof shall be paid into the state treasury.
