Article 48. Rio Grande Water Conservation District
Section 37-48-159. Sinking fund.
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 37-48-159 (2020)
Said district may provide for a sinking fund for the ultimate payment of any of the obligations of any subdistrict. Such sinking fund may be invested as provided in section 37-48-111.
