Section 37-44-122. Assessment book.
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 37-44-122 (2020)
The secretary of the board of directors shall deliver the assessment book duly certified together with a copy of the order of the board of directors, levying said assessment, to the district treasurer of said internal improvement district.
