Article 65. Fairs
Section 35-65-111. County fairgrounds.
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 35-65-111 (2020)
The board of county commissioners of any county in this state is authorized to lease or purchase a tract of land suitable for county fair purposes, which shall be used for that purpose, in order to encourage and promote agricultural, mechanical, industrial, and livestock industries in this state.
