Article 57.8. Colorado Horse Development Board
Section 35-57.8-102. Definitions.
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 35-57.8-102 (2020)
As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:
"Authority" means the Colorado horse development authority created by section 35-
57.8-103 (2).
"Board" means the board of directors of the Colorado horse development authoritycreated by section 35-57.8-104 (1).
"Commissioner" means the commissioner of agriculture.
