Section 34-53-112. Applicability - bad faith.
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 34-53-112 (2020)
Sections 34-53-105 to 34-53-112 shall not apply to any ore or ores mined, shipped, or sold in contravention of the terms of sections 34-53-101 to 34-53-103.
