Article 51. Mine Drainage Districts
Section 34-51-124. Prior drainage statutes.
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 34-51-124 (2020)
Nothing in this article shall be construed to repeal the provisions of the statutes of this state concerning drainage, but said statutes shall have no application within the limits of any mine drainage district created under the existing provisions of this article.
