Article 11. Urban Drainage and Flood Control Act
Section 32-11-402. Election resolution.
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 32-11-402 (2020)
(1) The board shall call any election by resolution.
The resolution shall recite the objects and purposes of the election, the date uponwhich the election shall be held, and the form of the ballot and shall designate an election official to conduct the election.
