Section 31-25-629. Municipal jurisdiction unimpaired.
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 31-25-629 (2020)
Nothing in this part 6 shall affect or impair the control and jurisdiction which a municipality has over all property within its boundaries. All powers granted by this part 6 shall be subject to such control and jurisdiction.
