Article 25. Public Improvements
Section 31-25-601. Legislative declaration.
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 31-25-601 (2020)
The general assembly hereby declares that the organization of public improvement districts, having the purposes and powers provided in this part 6, will serve a public use and will promote the health, safety, prosperity, security, and general welfare of the inhabitants of said districts.
