Article 2. Formation and Reorganization
Section 31-2-211. Elections - general.
(1) Except as otherwise specifically provided, all elections held pursuant to this part 2 shall be conducted as nearly as practicable in conformity with the provisions of the "Colorado Municipal Election Code of 1965".
All necessary expenses for elections conducted pursuant to this part 2 for existingmunicipalities or for municipalities incorporated pursuant to part 1 of this article shall be paid out of the treasury of the municipality.
A special election shall be called for any election held pursuant to this part 2 when aregular election is not scheduled within the time period provided for such election.
