Article 37. Contracts With Health Care Providers
Section 25-37-115. Providers obligated to comply with law.
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 25-37-115 (2020)
No provision of this article shall be used to justify any act or omission by a health care provider that is prohibited by any applicable professional code of ethics or state or federal law prohibiting discrimination against any person.
