Article 37. Contracts With Health Care Providers
Section 25-37-105. Contract modification by operation of law.
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 25-37-105 (2020)
Notwithstanding section 2537-103 (3), a contract may be modified by operation of law as required by any applicable state or federal law or regulation, and the person or entity may disclose this change by any reasonable means.
