Article 6. Colorado Medical Assistance Act Long-term Care
Section 25.5-6-602. Legislative declaration - no entitlement created.

(1) The general assembly finds and declares that the purpose of this part 6 is to provide, under federal authorization and subject to available appropriations, home- and community-based services for persons with major mental health disorders.

(2) Nothing in this part 6 shall be construed to establish that eligible persons as defined in section 25.5-6-603 (1) are entitled to receive services from the state department or the department of human services. The provision of any services pursuant to this part 6 shall be subject to federal waiver authorization and available appropriations.
