Article 6. Colorado Medical Assistance Act Long-term Care
Section 25.5-6-309. Special provisions - post-eligibility treatment of income.

Persons who receive services under this part 3 shall pay to the state department, or designated agent or provider, all income remaining after application of federally allowed maintenance and medical deductions or shall pay the cost of home- and community-based services rendered, whichever is less.
