Article 6. Colorado Medical Assistance Act Long-term Care
Section 25.5-6-305. Provision of services for elderly and blind individuals and individuals with disabilities.

The provision of the services set forth in this part 3 shall be subject to the availability of federal matching medicaid funds, pursuant to Title XIX of the federal "Social Security Act", as amended, for payment of the costs for administration and costs for the provision of such services.
