Section 25.5-10-306. Rules.

(1) The state board shall develop rules concerning:
Further definition of services and supports to be provided by the family support services program described in this part 3;
The requirements for eligibility for services and supports;
The manner of providing services and supports; and
The size, makeup, and duties of family support councils.
