Section 25.5-10-236. Civil action and attorney fees.
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 25.5-10-236 (2020)
A violation of any provision of this article gives rise to a civil cause of action by the person adversely affected by such violation, and any judgment may include plaintiff's reasonable attorney fees.
