Section 25.5-10-205. Community-centered boards and service agencies - local public procurement units.

For purposes of entering into a cooperative purchasing agreement pursuant to section 24-110-201, C.R.S., a nonprofit community-centered board or a nonprofit service agency may be certified as a local public procurement unit as provided in section 24-110-207.5, C.R.S.
