Section 23-53-111. Leasehold interest may be sold.
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 23-53-111 (2020)
Nothing in this article shall prevent the transfer or sale of the leasehold interests prior to their expiration, subject to the approval of the board of trustees.
