Section 2-3-1307. Highway and bridge projects - exempt.
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 2-3-1307 (2020)
This part 13 shall not apply to projects or properties which are funded or disposed of pursuant to the provisions of sections 431-106, 43-1-219, or 43-1-220, C.R.S., but shall apply to projects funded from the capital construction fund in accordance with section 2-3-1304 (1)(a.5).
