Article 2. General Assembly
Section 2-2-315. Member may administer oath.

Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 2-2-315 (2020)

The chairman of any committee appointed by either house of the general assembly of this state or any chairman of any joint committee appointed by the two houses of the general assembly is authorized to administer oaths and affirmations to witnesses, touching any matter or thing which may be under the consideration or investigation of the committee.
