Section 2-2-1301.5. Definitions.

As used in this part 13, unless the context otherwise requires:
"Council" means the Colorado youth advisory council created in section 2-2-1302.
"Designated organization" means the nonprofit or private organization designated bythe legislative members of the council pursuant to section 2-2-1304 as the custodian of moneys donated to the council through the designated organization.
"Fund" means the youth advisory council cash fund created pursuant to section 2-21306.
"Review committee" means the Colorado youth advisory council review committeecreated in section 2-2-1305.5.
