Article 9. Offenses Against Public Peace, Order, and Decency
Section 18-9-103. Arming rioters.
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 18-9-103 (2020)
(1) A person commits arming rioters if he:
Knowingly supplies a deadly weapon or destructive device for use in a riot; or
Teaches another to prepare or use a deadly weapon or destructive device with intentthat any such thing be used in a riot.
(2) Arming rioters is a class 4 felony.
