Article 80. Limitations - Personal Actions
Section 13-80-117. No dismissal for nonjoinder.
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 13-80-117 (2020)
In an action on contract, it shall not be a defense that the plaintiff failed to join a person against whom claim is barred by this article.
